A simple 3 bed Victorian house in Bitterne underwent a rear extension to move the bathroom upstairs and create a open plan kitchen living space onto the garden. The project involved a large amount of technical ability with areas such as raised structural decking, house automation system including full control of the underfloor heating, luxury bathroom including walk in shower and hidden toilet cistern
