01 — About us

MS Projects is setting new standards of construction within Hampshire and the surrounding counties. We specialise in all types of building projects including new builds, extensions, refurbishment, loft conversions, kitchens, bathrooms and heating systems.

Founded in 2004 by Matt Fitch and Sean O'Connor, MS Projects was set up to raise the standard of construction. Our specialist team of multi-skilled technicians works on your project from foundations to completion, so it is never held up waiting for trades and disruption is kept to a minimum.

We understand every element of the construction process and the latest innovations - home automation, bifold door systems, glass walls, oak framed buildings and computer-controlled heating with weather compensation.

03 — Renewables
Fabric first · Low carbon

Low-energy building and renewables, designed in from day one.

The greenest energy is the energy a building never needs. We combine a fabric-first approach with modern renewable systems, so new homes and extensions are comfortable, efficient and cheaper to run.

Solar PV & battery storage

Roof-integrated or on-roof panels sized to your usage, with battery storage to use more of what you generate.

Air source heat pumps

Low-carbon heating paired with underfloor heating and correctly sized radiators.

Fabric-first insulation

High-performance insulation and airtight detailing that cuts heat loss before any technology is added.

Smart heating controls

Computer-controlled heating with weather compensation and home automation.

High-performance glazing

Bifold systems, glass walls and composite doors with excellent thermal values.

EV charging

Home charge points wired in during the build, ready for today's and tomorrow's cars.
